Express Event Staff

Express event staff will be paid $50 for a day long contract.

Coordinator

Payment for EFY Coordinators is $625 for a week-long contract.

Returning Coordinators will receive a $25 increase per year up to a maximum of $675 for a week-long contract.

Building Counselor

Payment for EFY Building Counselors is $525 for a week-long contract.

Returning Building Counselors will receive a $25 increase per year up to a maximum of $575 for a week-long contract.

Payment for EFY Health Counselors is $525 for a week-long contract.

Returning Health Counselors will receive a $25 increase per year up to a maximum of  $575 for a week-long contract.

Returning Counselor

Counselors will be paid $450 for a week long contract.

Returning counselors will be paid $475 for a week long contract.

PLEASE NOTE

  • EFY is looking for Counselors who are available for 8 or 9 weeks.
  • Returning Counselors should be available to work at least 2 weeks during peak staffing needs, as determined by EFY. 
  • Applicants who are not available to work at least 2 weeks during peak staffing needs will not have their applications processed.

Counselors will be paid $450 for a week long contract.

Returning counselors will be paid $475 for a week long contract.

  • EFY is looking for Counselors who are available for 8 or 9 weeks.
  • Counselors should be available during EFY peak enrollment (Not yet determined for 2018).
  • Applicants who are not available to work at least 3 weeks during peak enrollment weeks will not have their applications processed.

Speaker

First year speakers are hired on a one year trial basis for evaluation and ensure their fit and compatibility with the EFY program.

Speakers are hired on a year-to-year basis and session assignments can fluctuate depending upon need.

New applicants (S&I applicants included):

You will need to apply if you have never worked for EFY before as a speaker or a session director, or if you did not speak or direct in the last year.

If an applicant is or has been involved with the EFY program as a counselor, building counselor, health counselor or coordinator, they are requireded to wait four years from their last year of employment to apply for a speaking position.
